FAQs
Yes, you need to sign in for both INERGY and Outdoor classes. Go to our sign up page.
Yes. You may purchase 1 INERGY class for $25 or a block of 5 for $100.
Come! We hate for you to miss a workout because of traffic or circumstances outside of your control. If it becomes a problem, we will address it individually with the member. If you arrive after the warm up and circuits or groups are determined, we will ask that you figure out a way to make it work without being disruptive to other members.
Monthly memberships are set up to charge on a monthly basis. You may join at any time and if you need to cancel or suspend your account for some reason, let us know and we can assist you. You will be billed on your start date until the membership is terminated.
Yes, this program is sold as a season package. You buy the entire season and come to as many Saturday classes as you can. We make the program very affordable, so even if you are going to be out of town or miss due to other obligations, it is worth the price paid.
You may borrow a bar initially, but if you regularly attend the Monday, Wednesday or Saturday class, we ask that you purchase a bar.
For class purposes, you only need 1 bar, but if you would to like to have a set for home training, you can buy bars online. We do sell single bars for $50. Color choices are yellow, pink and green for a normal size bar. If you would like a tall boy, black is the only option.
When shopping for weights, pick them up and determine if you can press them over your head at least 8 times. Most people start with 5 lbs to 8 lbs. If you have been doing a workout program previously, you may choose to start heavier.
For outdoor classes, you want a thick mat. If you choose to do Barre or yoga at INERGY, you will want a yoga mat.
Layer and be prepared to strip down to a tank or tee, even when it is 50. Your body temperature goes up about 20 degrees when you exercise. You want to start warm and peel as your body temp increases. It is best to have the layer closest to your skin be a form of dri-fit, especially when the weather warms up.
I recommend Cross Trainers. Running shoes are designed to run forward and in Bootcamp, we move in all directions. Lateral movement and any kind of plyo work is particularly difficult in running shoes. I recommend a shoe that has cushion, shock absorption, a wide foot base and rigid sides.
I’ve lost 48 pounds and 16.5% body fat!
I have been fortunate enough to work out with Kelly Young and her team for the last 14 years. Classes offered through INERGY Kelly’s Boot Camp are varied and provide ample opportunity to work on individualized fitness goals. Instructors are energetic, knowledgeable, and interested in your success. In addition to classes, Kelly offers small group training, nutrition coaching, and one-on-one InBody assessments to get you moving in the right direction. It’s more than a bootcamp, this is a community of people who genuinely enjoy each other and have fun while working hard! I love it here.

Let me tell you, KBC is a lifestyle and mindset changer.
“I’m 55 today and started INERGY Kelly’s Bootcamp 8 years ago from a 10-session, trial and never looked back. My results speak volumes. For a mid-50’s male, former D2 college tennis athlete… I can confidently say I’m in the best shape ever thanks to KBC.”
