Dude Camp is a group training workout designed for men. Sessions include an athletic warm-up, cardio, and strength circuits with equipment like battle ropes, kettlebells, TRX, and Fitfighters.
Guys (The Dude’s) work at their own level and are very encouraging to one another. If you are looking for a fun workout that includes camaraderie, results-oriented training, great music, and positive energy, this program is for you.
We currently have two options for Dude Camp. We offer a special class on Sundays from 9:30-10:30am, which is included in our ALL IN membership package (you get Dude Camp and all of our INERGY and Outdoor offering).
