Looking for a commitment that challenges your limits, pushes you to your potential, and leaves you wanting more week after week? Bootcamp tests you both mentally and physically with exciting and ever-changing/evolving workouts that allow you to experience what getting fit and strong is supposed to feel like. Go beyond everyday training and experience a class that provides you with cardio workouts designed to take your fitness level to the next step. Saturday Bootcamp class times are 7-8 or 8-9 a.m. and are held at Dulles Landing/Dick’s Sporting Goods parking lot. For our ALL IN members, participation is included. Seasonal members can choose Winter (January-March), Spring (April-June), Summer (July-September), or Fall (October-December) sessions.
