Nicole Foley, Fitness Instructor, Youth Fitness Director
As a proud graduate of Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) with a B.S. in Human Nutrition, Food, and Exercise, my academic background aligns with my passion for promoting health and fitness. Being a former Division I athlete and a current certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor, I bring a unique blend of firsthand experience and professional expertise to the table. I’m especially thrilled to start a youth program aiming to inspire and guide ambitious young girls on their journeys to success. Ultimately, my role goes beyond just providing fitness guidance; l’m dedicated to serving as a supportive mentor and coach, sharing my own experiences, and fostering an environment where young individuals can flourish. The goal is for this program to be more than just a workout. It is an opportunity to empower the next generation with the confidence to embrace a healthy and active lifestyle. I am enthusiastic about this opportunity to positively contribute to the KBC community by sharing my passion for fitness and playing a role in guiding those who are at the early stages of their fitness journey.

“Always a great workout with Nicole. Love her personality and always a hard workout. The younger athletes at KBC love going to Nicole’s classes!!”
“I don’t Zoom often because I attend class in person, but got a text from Nicole the day before to find out what equipment I had access to since I was out of town. Nicole came up with alternative exercises for me and got a phenomenal zoom workout. Lots of care and thought goes into Nicole’s classes! Thank you!”
“Nicole brings a great balance of energy & motivation, while being approachable and interactive. I like how she moves around the gym, station to station, giving verbal feedback. Absolutely LOVE that she’s growing in comfort and confidence as a strong coach!”
