Custom Nutrition Coaching (Member)

- Our custom nutrition coaching program is all about getting to know you and your goals. You will meet with Amy 1-on-1 to:
- – Set goals and discuss exactly what you want to get out of the program
- – Talk about what struggles you’ve encountered in the past when it comes to improving your health and nutrition
- – Create a customized game plan for success
- – Have an InBody body composition assessment done so we can track your progress
- From there, we will create a plan that is 100% customized to you. We offer ongoing accountability services through our custom nutrition program so that you can have a coach by your side to help encourage, educate and keep you accountable. And the best part is, there is no restrictive dieting! You do not need to remove certain foods from your diet. Instead, you will learn to eat healthier AND still include the foods you love.

Custom Macro Coaching

- This 1:1 session explores your past or current struggles and identifies the best path to your goals using macro nutrition and movement. Custom macro coaching is all about taking the guesswork out of what to eat to get the results you want—and then maintaining the progress you make.
- – InBody analysis
- – Custom macro targets and the extra support to maximize your efforts: – Workout schedule optimization for your body composition goals—your macros will be designed around this – Macro target tracking strategies or set up—finding the best way for you personally to execute your macro plan (an app, meal plans, food swaps, etc.)
- – InBody progress update (4-6 weeks later)
- – Follow up within 7-10 days to answer questions, make tweaks to your plan if necessary, and identify new or alternative solutions if needed for accountability, motivation and execution.
1 on 1 Assessment
$50/assessment
- This 45 minute appointment is helpful for those just getting started or for those that would like to become more goal minded in their training. An InBody assessment will be performed detailing exact body composition and we will assess and evaluate your current fitness level with a series of exercises. The appointment also includes goal setting, form check and a suggested workout schedule.
InBody Testing with Consult (Member)
