Got Questions? Here’s the FAQs…
The price of INERGY includes outdoor classes held Monday – Friday. The rationale behind this is that indoor classes are limited in number, due to space. Outdoor classes are not capped. We also encourage you to consider all of your options and once you get comfortable at INERGY, we bet you’ll want to give outdoor classes a try.
Sign up for the “I WANT IT ALL” pricing option. You’ll enjoy all outdoor classes, classes held at INERGY and you’re automatically enrolled in the Saturday Bootcamp program.
Monthly memberships ($80, $70, $45) are set up to charge on a monthly basis. You may join at anytime and if you need to cancel or suspend your account for some reason, let us know and we can assist you. You will be billed on your start date until the membership is terminated.
Yes, one of the things that we wanted to be very mindful of is to not disrupt our current participants. Therefore, we think it is only fair that everybody should have the option of participating in just the outdoor program.
All outdoor classes held Monday through Friday.
The Saturday Bootcamp program is the heart and soul of Kelly’s Bootcamp (KBC). This goal oriented program is designed for those that like to be challenged and taken outside their comfort zone each week. It is special and above and beyond what you would expect. Saturday Bootcamp classes are held at 7 or 8am. When you sign up for bootcamp, you buy every Saturday for the session. If you sign up and are only able to come to half the classes, (due to other commitments) it is still a good use of your time and money. Most bootcamps are 2 to 3 times the cost.
Yes, this program is sold as a season package. You buy the entire season and come to as many Saturday classes as you can. We make the program very affordable, so even if you are going to be out of town or miss due to other obligations, it is worth the price paid.
Yes. You may purchase 1 INERGY class for $25 or a block of 5 for $100. You may also purchase a block of 10 outdoor classes for $60 that can be used towards any Monday – Friday class.
Yes, you need to sign in for both INERGY and Outdoor classes. Go to our sign up page.
Come! We hate for you to miss a workout because of traffic or circumstances outside of your control. If it becomes a problem, we will address it individually with the member. If you arrive after the warm up and circuits or groups are determined, we will ask that you figure out a way to make it work without being disruptive to other members.
INERGY (indoor) Classes – water and a towel
Yoga & Barre Classes at INERGY (indoor) – a yoga mat. We ask that you do not bring your outdoor class mat to INERGY.
Outdoor Classes – Monday/Wednesday/Friday, bring hand weights and a mat. Monday/Wednesday, bring Lebert Equalizer plus your hand weights and mat.
You may borrow a bar initially, but if you regularly attend the Monday, Wednesday or Saturday class, we ask that you purchase a bar.
For class purposes, you only need 1 bar, but if you would to like to have a set for home training, you can buy bars online. We do sell single bars for $50. Color choices are yellow, pink and green for a normal size bar. If you would like a tall boy, black is the only option.
When shopping for weights, pick them up and determine if you can press them over your head at least 8 times. Most people start with 5 lbs to 8 lbs. If you have been doing a workout program previously, you may choose to start heavier.
For outdoor classes, you want a thick mat. If you choose to do Barre or yoga at INERGY, you will want a yoga mat.
Layer and be prepared to strip down to a tank or tee, even when it is 50. Your body temperature goes up about 20 degrees when you exercise. You want to start warm and peel as your body temp increases. It is best to have the layer closest to your skin be a form of dri-fit, especially when the weather warms up.
I recommend Cross Trainers. Running shoes are designed to run forward and in Bootcamp, we move in all directions. Lateral movement and any kind of plyo work is particularly difficult in running shoes. I recommend a shoe that has cushion, shock absorption, a wide foot base and rigid sides.
A one on one assessment can be purchased for $50. This appointment is very helpful for those just getting started or for those that would like to become more goal minded in their training. In the hour, we assess current fitness level, measure body fat and BMI. The appointment also includes goal setting, form check and a suggested workout schedule. If you purchase a one on one appointment, send Kelly an email to schedule your hour (Kelly is available most times when she is not teaching a class).
